Kick-off meeting in Tallinn

On July 7, 2025, the first partnership meeting took place as part of the Erasmus+ project “No More Moving Out: Creating Self-Employment Skills for Youth”, funded by the European Union.

The event was hosted by our Estonian partner, European Learning Network MTÜ, who invited representatives of all participating organizations to the picturesque city of Tallinn, the capital of Estonia.

What happened during the meeting?

• The partners presented their organizations, experiences, and team competencies.
• The project objectives, action plan, and implementation schedule were discussed in detail.
• The tasks of each partner were analyzed and communication and reporting methods were planned.
• Particular attention was paid to developing training modules and organizing pilot training courses for young people.
• Issues such as financial management, dissemination of results, and preparation for the next stages of the project were also discussed.

The meeting ended with joint decisions on actions for the coming months and team building in an atmosphere of mutual trust and openness.
