“No More Moving Out” is an Erasmus+ project that helps young people acquire modern digital skills such as artificial intelligence, automation, and freelancing. The aim is to show that it is possible to develop professionally and start your own business locally – without having to leave the country. The project supports young people from smaller towns and youth workers by offering practical training and access to free educational tools.
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Strengthening the position of young people from disadvantaged groups through the development of digital skills, competencies in artificial intelligence and automation, as well as promoting local entrepreneurship as a viable alternative to economic migration.
Preparing young people (aged 16–30) to work as freelancers or entrepreneurs in a digital environment.
Creation of four practical training modules on AI, automation, digitization, and self-employment, AND building a digital resource library accessible to young people and educators.
Development of a guide to the formal and legal structures of freelancing in Poland, Estonia, and Germany.
Training youth workers in the use of ORAZ project tools, testing training with young people, and collecting feedback in three countries.
Dissemination of project results and promotion of the local development model.
Results:
INCREASE IN COMPETENCE
At least 45 young people from Poland, Estonia, and Germany will gain practical skills in AI, automation, freelancing, and remote work.

QUALIFIED TRAINERS
At least 9 youth workers will participate in specialized training, learning how to support young people in acquiring future skills.

FREE MATERIALS
Four comprehensive training modules and a legal guide tailored to the realities of the three partner countries will be developed.

DIGITAL PLATFORM
A free online library will be created with educational materials, tools, templates, and inspiration for young people and educators.
Results:
INTERNATIONAL NETWORK
A sustainable network of organizations, educators, and companies supporting the development of local youth entrepreneurship in Europe will be established.

LOCAL DEVELOPMENT
Young people from smaller towns will gain a real opportunity for professional and financial development in their place of residence – without having to leave.

Our team
The Erasmus+ project „No More Moving Out: Creating Self-Employment Skills for Youth” involves three organizations from Poland, Estonia, and Germany, which are working together to support young people in developing digital and entrepreneurial skills.
